In people with wheat allergies, there is an unusual reaction of the immune system in at least one of the proteins present in wheat.
Inhalation of wheat can cause difficulty in breathing, nausea, urticaria, swelling in the abdomen and inability to concentrate. In some people, anaphylaxis can be a life-threatening allergic reaction.

Some people get the reaction of allergic reactions in wheat flour, whereas in others, eating them have symptoms. Wheat intake or breathing may be in some minutes or sometimes allergic reaction.

Allergic to wheat is one of the most common food allergies in childhood, but it can also affect adults. A person with wheat allergy has developed a specific antibody for wheat protein, and sometimes more than one.

Wheat allergy is not similar to celiac disease.

Wheat contains many chemicals, each of which can cause reaction in some people.
The best way to avoid the reaction is to not eat foods that contain wheat.
They range from baked goods to spices. It is better to check the content of any food prepared before eating.
A mild allergy can cause nasal congestion and discomfort, but in a serious reaction involves a life-threatening anaphylactic blow.

Symptoms.

The most common symptoms of Wheat Allergy are follows.

  1. Congestion of allergic rhinitis or nose
  2. Asthma
  3. Atopic dermatitis, or eczema.
  4. An itchy grain with hives, or hives, potential swelling of the skin
  5. Nausea, diarrhea and vomiting
  6. Burning and potential swelling of the mouth, throat or both
  7. Water and itchy eyes

Wheat allergy develops in childhood, often with other food allergies. Allergies are usually resolved after 3 to 5 years of age.

Some adults are allergic to wheat, but it is very common in children.
